The management is fair and consistent. Fun place to work. They take care of their employees. Lots of opportunities for promotion. They invest in training and development which is more than most companies do.

This job is the worst job I ever had in my whole like you are over wrk and under paid they don’t give raises you don’t get your time off you request run stay away from this company yes it is fast pace Thts not stressful it’s the home mangers and PCs who don’t care about the DPS

Mistake Competitive and Quick Paced for "Stress"

Many other reviews here mistake the competitiveness and quick pace of this company for stress, those people just must not be cut out for that type of role. CSCS is a constantly changing work environment (what healthcare business isn't these days?) and strives to be the best when it comes to patient care. There are unlimited opportunities to learn on the job. I think the hardest part of the job is that it is in the healthcare field, and that isn't easy, nor will it ever be. This isn't a hand you money because you showed up job, It's a job. You have to work hard for it, sometimes harder than you might like, but it's work. It's always nice when residents are happy with their care and appreciate all the things you do for them.
