No complaint about dck hour cse at the end of the day the pay is worth it and I'd rather do my 14 hrs go home with my family than doing 14 hrs across country and sleeping without my wife and kids at nite. Your really making more money @ this company than most otr drivers. Central is the shisnit

70 hrs per week, they say no overtime until 55, but your linehaul pay doesnt count toward the 55 so no overtime. you will work 14 hrs a day

Mandatory 14 hours per day for drivers, no matter what. Family issues do not matter when it comes to working the dock, they will want you on it

All money is not good money. Linehaul drivers can drive up to 600 miles turns and are expected to work the dock upon their return to their home terminal. If there is a minute left of their 14 they are mandated to exhaust the 14 hour clock. Imagine working all night Friday night then returning in the am from your run tired then finish your shift 10 am Saturday morning then trying to hang out with your family who already hadn't seen much of you Monday thru Friday because you were sleeping. Off weekends but too tired to participate in your own life.

55hrs is standard for drivers across the board to hit OT. But that same attitide above is what makes this place hard to work for, everyone complaining but no one taking action.
