Just had initial starting raise at $25/hr with a yearly $1 raise a year following first year to cap out at $28/hr after your third year. You can easily make $300 plus a night with route raises and cross-dock at terminals. Some sign on bonuses are $5k and vary from state with some being as high as $10k. Referals are as much as $3k to $5k. Your will to work and just do your job is as easy as anywhere as things are changing here, just the patience to wait and do so and watch the processes develop. Just a bunch of prissy, picky grown adults who thinks these companies revolve around them is what gives this company a bad name. There are other bad ones out there even worse. Updates are happening, just be here when they do. Freight practices are changing and getting better.
Depends on the competition. Pay is adjusted to match competition Trip pay plus dock work. If you want to work, the Money is there
Not often because everyone in the payroll department suffers from amnesia and damentia real bad.
