If you work outside of Novi, you are working with the kiddos either in their homes or at another community location. The home and culture environment is disgusting, unsanitary, disrespectful, and dangerous. I had to have my husband check for lice every so often. I wouldn't ever even kneel on the carpet on the floor because is was so full of something I couldn't even stand touching with my shoes. There was always feces in the toilets. There was a terrible mouse infestation to the point where the kids' mattresses had mouse nests in them...yes I said that right. The mom thought the mice were cute, and even friendly, almost like "pets". No, not good at all.

While helping with behaviors is important and beneficial, going to the root is what will create real progress! Nutrition is not even discussed, but most autistic people are Celiacs and should avoid all gluten and dairy containing foods. Just this alone can minimize or reverse symptoms. Autistic people also have high concentrations of aluminum in their brain, so measures to eliminate aluminum containing products and detoxification that removes metals is as important as diet. These two measures alone can change the face of autitism to happy healthy children. Removing the main cause will save many children from this challenging disorder. Right now 1 in 36 children (1 in 20 boys) are diagnosed with autism, in less than 6 yrs it is projected to become 1 in 2, if we allow the causes to continue. With all illness, seek out the manmade cause and eliminate it!

I am not confident they will be around long. They are making money, yes, but it's for all the wrong reasons. Organizations who function on that level never make it in the long run.

Yes, I am proud to say I work for Centria and doing the job I do. It pays much better than other ABA services in the area for sure. Not many people working for the company yet in my area.
