From what I read of the CEO's response it sounds like the ideal thing to do would ask for more training if possible before going out on the floor. More training means fewer mistakes and more confidence in the job you were hired to do.

Previous post is not correct. Centrinex does not "hotel" the cubicles for employees. Employees get their own cubicles. And even if someone sits at your desk and locks it, all you need to do is use your own login to unlock it.
