Great Place to work
The working environment was great, except that the location of the college was not strategic, and the enrollment number was below the minimum to break even. The management has to eventually close down the school.

Sales experience, paying close to detail
Worked here for 2 years and it’s a good job for a year for sales experience but not a forever career. Get in good with management or work there for 10+ years and you can move campus to campus and still hold employment

Horrible place to work
If you do not agree with upper management you are doomed for failure. Extremely toxic and hostile work environment. Not a place for real leaders but a great place for puppets who can not think for themselves. They just want bodies to do as they say.

Inconsistent
I enjoyed my students and many of the employees, but the supervision personnel were inconsistent in their terms. Many things that are said are changed to benefit the supervisor’s standpoint. Accusations are thrown at you regarding you actions at work without being given a chance to explain the full situation. The attitude of my direct supervisor was degrading and childish at times.

it was a mess
All i can say about working here was it was an utter mess. From all the way down, to all the way up in management. It's a stepping stone at best. Or you'll be in a management position suffocating those below you.
