I would have changed the CEO, campus director, the program directors. Would have increased advertising and would have created more educational programs. Changed the campus culture in order to create a diverse and supportive environment...Too many issues to list.

Dont go. They'll lie about your actual duties and partially train you. After you're not successful they'll attempt a write up and then fire you.
