The environment is was slow paced when it was slow, but gets really hectic when its get busy. You wear all black. No phone on the sales floor.

The job was okay. When you have specific job role that's all you do. As a cashier I was on the register and had to be solely on the register dealing with customer transactions, returns, exchanges. When the store isn't busy you clean up the front of the registers, fix the fixtures by the register to keep busy when the store is slow.
Merchandiser (Former Employee) – Valley Stream, NY – November 14, 2018
This company has very high expectations for their employees but are not willing to train employees on how to lead. The work is fairly easy but very detailed and the standards are very high. Yet, there is no room for advancement or pay raise after you have mastered those things.
Engages employees, encourages employees to be positive

people can really get you to open your mind and also get on your nerves but you have to be polite and kind to everyone no matter what. something that's out of your control tells your manager and situation can be controlled
Cashier (Current Employee) – Manhattan, NY – October 19, 2018
Good Environment to work in and the people and staff are quite friendly. It is easy to get along with coworkers and managers. For me the best part of the job is the quality of people you work with on a daily basis.

It’s a team job , working together makes everything much simpler and it helps get the end results faster. It’s very goal oriented and very eye opening for a more independent path. It helps you grow and teaches you to Work as a team and help each other .
Cashier/Sales - Full-Time (Former Employee) – Yonkers, NY – October 13, 2018
I worked at the Century21 in Yonkers, New York. I was hired a week before grand opening. I loved working here. I was a cashier working full time. Uniform was all black. The managers were amazing. They definitely worked well with your flexibility.
Asset Protection Specialist (Former Employee) – New York, NY – October 11, 2018
Greeted plenty of customers and tourists. Learned a lot about safety in public places. Management was strict but also easy-going. The hardest part about the job was the standing for long hours. The most enjoyable part of the job was apprehending shoplifters.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – New York n. Y. – October 3, 2018
They paint a pretty picture but it's nothing as they say. They promised you so much but you never see that promise come true. The pay is horrible the hours and schedules are horrible as well . You don't have a life after the schedule that they give you your so tired you don't want to do anything after work. Management is bad not all the managers are as bad. You're basically a prisoner when you weren't there can't even talk to your acquaintance because they treat you to be like a prisoner. It's just a sad place to work in.
Great people to work with meaning your coworkers.
The pain and the management is horrible. Basically the pay rate is horrible.
