Productive
The staff is very productive and gets the patients in and out in a timely manner. Everyone is welcoming and the doctors really care for their patients.

Don’t work here
Terrible management. They have no idea how to run a successful business, the worst employee gets whatever they want. No advancement. Doctors are tyrants.

Management issues. No response to real problems in the practice. Co workers are friendly and helpful. Unrealistic expectations from management. Work load is very high.

amazing management, fun environment
amazing people, very fun and chill job. Alot of learning and a very good place to start in the medical feild and free lunch most days LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!

Flexible, Quick Paced Environment
Century ENT was a great facility to work at in regard to balancing college and home life. The scheduling coordinator was very flexible and understanding.
