Fence Shop employees work 40 hours year round with overtime in the busy season. Hours average 45-55 in the summer Monday through Friday. Pavement Marking Employees work various days and hours based on lane closures for 38-42 weeks per year. Typical weeks are 40-60 hours in the summer with a lot of overtime.Administration employees work hourly year round 40 hours per week, eligible for overtime.Fence, Pavement Marking and Administration employees are paid weekly.Sales employees are exempt.
