The hours are very unpredictable and you may need to travel without notice. Southeastern supervisor communicates and plans very poorly without much notice. Laborer is a good position for someone who is active with little experience.

Pros

Decent pay without experience, benefits are good, active workpace

Cons

No lunch breaks, very poor communication, expectations to essentially be on call without being paid for it, no travel benefits when working out of town

Terrible place to work! I worked some very cliquey people and the women who worked were mean and didn’t accept. I guess you could say jealousy was part of the reason and because I didn’t try to fit fit in with the MEAN GIRLS! I also didn’t like the president of the company he gave me the creeps. Glad I’m not working for this Company and it’s way in the past.

No comunication between management and laborors

There is no communication between management and the laborors. Never know if your going to come home or where your going to be everyday. Formans dont treat laborors nice

Busy place of employment

Receptionist / Accounts Receivable (Former Employee) - Pewaukee, WI - February 16, 2016

Answer phones, type orders. Learned a lot about computers, and enjoyed working with all my co workers. Management was easy to get along with, very understanding in all situations. Most enjoyable part, working with the customers. Hardest part, was leaving.
