They have cut staff because their census is low and now you have to do two floors in a 8hour shift!

We are now working 12 hour shifts instead of 8 hour shifts. And if you do not want to work 12 hour shifts you get fired! Like I did I was there for 7years!

We are not allowed overtime. And can only get about 36 hours a week because of the budget that the company is on. On top of that we are understaffed which equals, overworked and underpaid

A lot of doubles but you have to be careful not to get overtime. It's a tight rope to walk.
