The people I work with are great and I enjoy working with them. However, management can seem to pick favorites. They also say how much room for advancement there is, but I had submitted for a few internal postings and never so much as heard back. I enjoy the benefits and the paid time off. Great People but not enough money

This company has a great mentality but the processes are constantly changing and not consistent with creditors which makes repetitive work common. The hours are great, but wish we had ability to work from home as its all computer based. Maternity leave pay is not enough to survive on and should be revised.
