If you are honest and hardworking, don't even apply. Just an awful company. They only hire people who can't work "fast food".

The reason I left was because of the dishonesty.
I was instructed it is policy to falsify official company records, because "we all do it" and we don't have time "to be honest". The dishonesty is rampant and widespread. Just an awful company.

The organization is constantly in flux, making it difficult to navigate daily responsibilities. let alone the internal political landmines. Employees are an alpha-numeric code to whom responsibility is delegated without authority.

After close to 20 yrs I was caught in a RIF, Reduction In Force, so they could move all of our work to Iowa where it's not being processed correctly and they aren't customer focused like we were. The new Level 3 management that took over after the "merger" want everything overseas within a couple of years. It's not the same company anymore, no loyalty to hard working, knowledgeable employees.

No feeling of appreciation or value. Promotions, raises and bonuses are at the manager's discretion so if you're a favorite, you've got it made. Nothing is based on performance or how well you do your job and job advancement and career opportunities are minimal. Many people who work here aren't held accountable and don't know how to do their jobs. Those who do put in the effort and are good performers aren't recognized or rewarded for it.

Hmmmm. Maybe being directed to Lie on company records. Maybe having to work in Filthy Central Offices. Maybe being Screamed at by management. Maybe backstabbing unhappy miserable coworkers. These are all good reasons to leave. Take your pick. Awful management in Iowa. No joke. It is James Chambers who has caused so much havoc and disharmony.
