I worked the night shift from 5 pm to 5 am. I cleared land and loaded trucks as needed. Supervision was minimal. Inclement weather made job more difficult with moving and loading the dirt onto trucks. Safety in operating heavy equipment was utmost important as equipment could easily turn over in the terrain.
Day shifts did get free lunches
Lunch and breaks were allowed between loads not specified times

It was a great experience got a chance to meet new people and to travel overall it was well worth it the pay was excellent and the manament team was great and understanding the hours was long but the pay made it worth it. You work 7 days a week but it beats sitting at home anytime I really miss this job can't wait for it to start again
