A typical work day is a cubical call center environment. Basically, you are stationed at your desk until it is time for your break. I learned it is important to ask questions and practice every area on the system before actually getting started on your own. The hardest part of the job is getting graded during calls, because you are responsible for giving out correct information at all times. Therefore it is important to use your time wisely! Also it is important to remain professional as there will be rude callers. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new co workers, and gaining skills.
