Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Spokane, WAMay 1, 2019
Cerium Networks is a great place to work if you are driven and motivated to move up in your career. Management recognizes hard work and provides growth opportunities. Fellow peers are all driven and willing to help. Senior employees have a strong knowledge background that they are eager to teach. Benefits are great and pay is above average for the industry.

A good kickoff to my career in sales.
Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Spokane, WAMarch 16, 2018
This was my introduction into inside sales,I learned much about how to navigate past gatekeepers, and create quality follow up appointments for myself, or my outside reps.

I loved everyone I worked with, my supervisors were very supportive and kind, co-workers were friendly. The culture was good.
They had a path in place to move along inside reps to an outside role that somewhat fell apart about the time it was my turn for promotion. I began to look elsewhere,

Senior Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Spokane, WAJune 6, 2017
Poor planning and leadership. No strategic plan, no tactical plan.

Huge disappointment in management at local level.

Marketing also inept at doing their job.

The company is a good company with good intentions, But it's not perfect like any other company. Depends on where you land there and who your supervisor is. I gained a lot of knowledge and have a much better idea oh what I will be looking for in my next job.

They expect you to kill your self working as many hours as you can. With very little in return, lots of late nights and weekend hours. On call to much
Pros
Great co-works
Cons
Management only cares about the bottom line

Network Administrator (Current Employee) –  Spokane, WAJuly 25, 2015
You will definitely never be bored with plenty of things to do. Great middle management but poor upper management. Long hours but they do encourage you to get more certifications and will pay you to get them.
