Due to the demand of the business sometimes training falls behind and you’re left to figure things out on your own or wait until someone is available. It is a great place to work, tons of advancement opportunities, and the pay is excellent.

You stay busy, pay is good, benefits are decent, management for the most part tries to do the right thing. Safety is promoted as it should be. Have definitely see improvements over the years.

Zero support from management

There is no accountability!! H.R. Is non-existant, and has been for the years that I have been here. Employees are entitled to benefits, but then there is no direction on "how to use them" or "when you can use them"! Attendance is based on a "point-system". Company handbook says; accumulate 6 points, and you will be terminated! You can accumulate these points by, calling in, being late, family emergency, your child in a car accident, (they don't care) "point"!! If you have a family and you don't want to see them, this is the job for you! If you do not have a voice, you will be taken advantage of for o.T.

Run. Do not apply. Unless you love not having a life. It’s a union based company but nothing about this place is union. Everyone looks out for themselves. Pay is great for production workers. Maintenance makes about 30 cents more. Always weekend work.

Great place to work

I spent 6 months in an internship here, so I can only speak from my short experience. This job paid well, I got free lunch every now and then, and work activities were fun and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected event though I was much younger and very different from the other employees.

Heavy workload with above average pay, but only looks at you as a number. Very unforgiving

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Swingshift and them being able to take one week of your vacation away. Attendance point system. The list goes on.. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very poor morale throughout the plant since the plant workers are run by a poor union and management is non union.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I no longer work there. 10+ years was enough.. that should speak volumes...

Management is promoted throughout the company. They aren't given the tools for success. Hr is non existing. They aren't there for anyone. Work life balance is horrible.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Meeting expectations and deadlines set by upper management can be difficult. Too many chefs in the kitchen at times and not everyone is in agreement with the path forward.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good front-line engagement and involvement.
