CAS maintain a 727 for Raytheon and if Raytheon don't like you, you are out of a job. Job ok but I didn't like working on the power plant when I only work as avionic in my aviation career.

They'll work you full-time hours and then some with part time benefits. They try to cut every corner imaginable. They don't appreciate their employees

Started out great, but with the main facility i.e. California micromanaging… not good. Never had the proper equipment (again cali. didn’t hear our requests for lifts). Work van is a horrific condition. No seat belts/tires gone/windshield wipers don’t work/no seats/brakes shot etc. I digress, manager at the facility expects workers to perform management job duties, without pay increase. HR is terrible regarding pay or anything of that matter. And no, they don’t give 80 hrs of covid pto for direct hires. That is a lie. Overall empty promises and a company that wants everything done as cheap as possible.

Save yourself from the evil environment, you will need therapy. The turnover is unreal, I’ve never seen anything like it. Huge clique, if you’re not in it, you will get talked about, they will do mean things to you until you leave or they’ll get you fired. Only been here a short time but I’m looking for a way out! Run while you can!
