Administration seems to have a difficult time maintaining leadership and organizational structure. Every couple of months Directors, managers, VP's are being eliminated, moved or fired. The lack of a strong transitional leadership and organizational structure has allowed for many poor decisions to be made and shortly thereafter, changed, frequently, this has created an organizational culture of confusion, low moral, and an overall opinion of not caring. It's very sad indeed.
