Provider (Former Employee) – Sterling, IL – March 15, 2019
A lot of unmentionable happens here..... You will be discriminated everyday.........if you are not from the area. 90% of the physicians not from the area leave within a year as they are harassed/discriminated by management or fellow staff. Their idea of hardworking is doing other peoples quota of work in addition to yours.... Young administrators(who are clinicians) harassing, belittling older nearly retired physicians to do more work!! Everybody wants to be management.....that way they do not get their hands dirty seeing patient. If you are not from the area stay away.....
Physician (Current Employee) – Sterling, IL – August 19, 2019
Even the locals quit. Cowboy administrators learning on the job. Dearth of physicians but every physician wants to be an administrator. Big sigh of relief once opportunity to quit clinical duties to be an administrator.
Workload is not compatible with any form of lifestyle.Hostility is very common.Sweatshop workload. A lot of weak/incapable/incompetent support services with a loud bullying voice. Rules and regulation are made on a hourly/daily basis to target some people. Nepotism and favoritism are common practices.
