Production Operators now start at $16 per hour with opportunities to increase to $18 per hour over an 18 month period. Most other positions are evaluated on an annual basis; in addition there are frequent opportunities for advancement.

I enjoy working with my team on the plant floor,and while HR does things for us as employees that can be fun,at the end of the day,the reasons for the almost 90% turnover rate is pay and the way some Master Techs/Supervisors talk to employees.Fix those two problems and the turnover rate would decrease.If not,CGT will lose a TON of people once new companies move into the industrial park they're a part of.

Yes, we do require a post offer drug and background screening. We also have a post accident and random policy in place.

Two weeks of paid time off are available to all employees. In addition to paid holidays and availability to request unpaid time off as well.

In a short answer, yes. CGT believes in recognizing potential and training. Almost none of our current employees had direct experience in their current roles when they joined our team. Our process and product is unique and definitely requires extensive in house training.
