Account Managers have bad perspectives of their contractors

It may be a cultural thing(from other countries)but account managers have perspective they are above workers.

Condescending attitudes and talking down to you when you ask questions, like your stupid an need to be scolded.

They also view their contractors as lazy and unmotivated. They will shame and ridicule you in feedback meetings. Then they waste your time by making you come back to their office for meetings instead of using a conference room at the client.

They may get good ratings and reviews, clearly it is from those that don't have to deal with their management and account managers.

Work was project based and very little explanation given

Was good opportunity to work on a large construction project but would have appreciated better work conditions and communal environment. The hours ended up being 20+ overtime which was good to start but did not consider employee needs.

No support system, no direct manager only director so there is no buffer. If an issue arise its straight to HR.

I learned about working in a Data Center here. We racked and stacked switches, routers, and servers. The management wasn't very knowledgeable, I learned everything from my coworkers.
