Horrible Place to Work
Senior Accountant (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLMarch 20, 2018
The place is like reality TV show, you see everything there. There is no opportunity for advancement, no job security of any kind-not even for the most skilled and experienced employee, their finances are like loose cart going downhill, and managers and owners have not skills whatsoever to do their job.
Pros
Ok Pay...
Cons
Lack of stability, advancement, bad treatment to employees.

Missed opportunity for Chaban Wellness and Yes You Can
Anonymous (Former Employee) –  Miami Springs, FLOctober 10, 2017
- Great products.
- Employees get to enjoy the product 3 times per day for free.
- Employees get a discount on products.
- If founders can salvage their company, and promote better culture, this may become a good place to work at.

- Terrible culture. Staff at all levels dedicate too much time to gossip, railroading peers. Founders are aware and fail at stopping this behavior. Seems as though some take pleasure at seeing others get fired or laid off.
- Founders placed two very junior individuals to run the entire company. These people came from a competitor, where neither held positions that qualified them to run this organization. As a result, the company is now suffering financially.
- Founders appear to lack trust in their employees with few exceptions.

Company culture is important. Has to start at the top. You still have the power to change the culture and to allow the right people to save your company. Like the brand, and product, but your employees make up your brand and reputation.
Pros
If founders allow it, this company can become great.
Cons
No real vision or mission

Needs better managment
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Miami Springs, FLApril 24, 2017
This place has great employees who deserves better management. Especially with the training manager who has poor quality training skills. Please don't let their niceness fool you. If they feel that you're not a self-starter and not learning the material fast enough in the training process, they will expurgate you. And the signs that you are not doing well at your job (according to their standards), is when they make you leave early. That's a bad sign...
Pros
Free lunch, decent pay and a very positive place to work for because the regular employees.
Cons
Poor training from the training manager, lack of communication from the managers, limited parking with incompetent managers and no room for candidate who only speaks english.

Call Center Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Miami Springs, FLJanuary 25, 2017
With the company expanding at such a fast pace, there is endless room for growth. The CEO and President genuinely believe in their brand and products, which makes it even more exciting to work for a company which truly stands behind what they sell. The company is always trying to do stuff to make better the experience of the employees.
Pros
Free meal replacement shakes, growth
Cons
Parking is limited

Supply Chain Director (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLJanuary 11, 2017
The Directors are really indecisive and their is not much room for supporting staff to think outside the box. Not much office space to organize a productive meeting with staff.

Bilingual Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLAugust 5, 2015
With unqualified managers this place is run like a middle school playground dominated by immature bullies. If anyone attempts to give suggestions, the sales and customer service managers will take it as a personal attack.
