Competiveness in terms of pay may vary depending on your role with the company.
Chainalytics consistently pays employees less than industry average, has limited to poor advancement opportunities and employee development.
However, it has a great work environment and some of the best talent around. if you can get past the management and wages, you can develop a lot by your shared experiences with your colleagues and it can be a fun place to work.
this company was great, a lot of different work going on every day. new products every day to work with. co-workers were very nice and helpful. work was not very repetitive therefore work stayed interesting.
Great place to learn and have responsibility and accountability
Senior Consultant (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – September 6, 2012
Chainalytics is made up of experienced consultants in the area of supply chain consulting. I traveled frequently Monday through Thursdays visiting client locations. Our clients were major Fortune 500 companies similar to those that you would serve at the Big Four firms. However, because Chainalytics is smaller (75 professionals), you're tasked to wear many hats and be that much more accountable. You don't normally work in large teams; instead, you work in small teams working directly with the client.
There is great opportunities for you to learn and advance. It's companies like this who give you such great experiences that makes never want to work with a big consulting firm again.
high expectations, high opportunities to learn, entrepreneurial spirit
high expectations, lower salary but higher bonus (risk)
