As a former level 3, armed security officer. I worked anywhere from 4hr shifts to 13hr shifts. Field Supervisors are on call 24/7 and usually work that! I worked 21hrs on the 4th of July because so many guards called off.

If ur assign a post, then ur guaranteed those hours. If ur flex, ur going to have to call and asked for them.
