I expected a lot from this company.
My immediate supervisors and my director were all top notch members of EAP, a Chancelight Behavioral Company. That being said, the individuals above them were unprofessional, unsupportive, and lacking in ability to guide professionals seeking opportunities to blossom as behavioral analysts.
There's no rhyme or reason to communication, emails to HR are often responded to with sarcasm, hostility, and/or a short and abrasive, almost mocking and most unhelpful nature.
If you desire a truly united workplace with positive, welcoming, kind, and helpful individuals focused on learning and growing together, this is not for you.
Hours are inconsistent, and favoritism is a thing.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST PART ABOUT MY TIME BEING WITH THIS COMPANY WERE MY CLIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
That being said, I was blessed to work with the director and direct supervisors that I did. They all left at the same time, essentially, due to the aforementioned issues. Most of the remaining employees followed.
Flexibility in scheduling if you do not need to work full-time.
Poor Upper Management, Poor Employee Supports and Benefits, HR Not supportive of employees seeking information for supports regarding advancement
