Everyone at Chandler is nice and willing to help you out if needed. The company treats all employees well and even the temp. workers. I started off as a temp and then got switched over to a employee. Upper management gives you every opportunity to succeed. The tools are put into place for success.
Marketing Coordinator in Minneapolis, MN

This company completely leaves you high and dry when it comes to training. If you're interested in marketing, this is not the company you want to work for. 1. They will completely micromanage your tasks even though they are not qualified in their positions to do so. Just to write one, simple LinkedIN post, they make at least four people read and change your ideas before even publishing it. This company also has no care for their employees and will talk to each other about your progress and not you. They'll fire on the spot and give you no concrete evidence or reason for doing so. Don't work here if you want a creative, exciting space to work. Lots of broken pieces to their space.
Operator in Montevideo, MN

All about corporate investors and not the employees. You are asked to work after hours to be a team and not get any pay for the work. Not any good chances of advancement.
