Can be a bit frustrating overall ok for part time. Pay depends on speed and work availability. Always someone to help, which is nice. Never know what type of charts you will see.

I love that we consistently have work to do. The benefits are amazing but the pay is a bit low. Good managers and some room for advancement...........

Training for any position is always delegated to other team members who are usually not that good at their tasks either. Employee retention is really low and your usually expected to take up the tasks and responsibilities of others with no adjustment to your pay.

You're rushed to complete assignments. They care more about the quantity vs. quality. You are penalized if your work is not quality. If you're a robot, you'd fit right in. Management is extremely unprofessional. They speak to some employees as if they are children.

I gave 11 years of my life to this organization, and in the end, there is no concern for employees or their well-being. Life work balance is not valued, and the pay is not adequate for the amount of work expected.
