Applied on Indeed.com. I was contacted within 3 days for an interview. Hiring process took approximately 2 weeks. Very smooth process.

As they freely admit, the benefits they offer are industry standard. What they don't tell you is that they are the industry and they set the standard. Expect high deductible health plans with just as high premiums that almost never pays out on your behalf. Of course that's assuming that the outsourced benefits programs or the ludicrously named People Solutions (formerly HR) can find your apps/premiums/benefits requests. It's awesome, it really is.

Fast paced. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Learn the programs that best benefit the patient. Must be able to switch gears quickly and efficiently.

8 hour days. Start time can be adjusted as needed. Some overtime however must be approved by management.

High deductible health insurance plans, generous PTO unless you try to use it, prorated vacation time, mandatory 401(k) deductions, optional dental and vision plans, $1,200.00 non-refundable annual penalty for carrying a spouse on the insurance, nearly invisible "merit" increases, monthly food days and, of course, the ever popular stupid plastic toys advertising the company logo.

Remove and replace most of management and leadership. The number of phony baloney yes men protecting their phony balney jobs is appalling. Their current catch phrase is "we're not here for the money; we're here to help people". Really? Try feeding your kids on that.
