The most stressfull part of working for ChangeInc is the constant change that the RAs get little to no notification of and feeling like you are just booted out into the community with little to no support. My reporting manager has changed numerous times over the past 2 1/2 years and not one time was I notified, amongst other unreported changes that I happened to learn about through the case manager. RAs are kind of left in the dark and then looked down on for not knowing something changed! Also, the idea of the staff in the office having expectations of those in the field that they themselves do not live up to! Set an example people and do what you want or expect others to do! They want you to make sure to call the on call if you are unable to make a shift with a client that starts before office hours, obviously prior to your clock in time so they can notify the client that you wont be there, but the client I work with has rarely received a call from care coordination to let them know I wont be in. The organization and implimentation of police and procedure is appalling. At first I though that the constant change was a good sign of the company's desire to be and stay current and find the best ways to support both client and staff. Now I just find it to be stressfull bacause I never know what to expect or what's expected of me. I also think it reflects the company's instability and inability to function adequately.

Hours are flexible to a certain point, only a certain amount of cases may be released in your working area. If they are taken before you can accept them you can have no hours.
