This agency treats all employees truly like family. The founders of CISS are incredibly dedicated to serving this population and make the workplace so enjoyable! The other admin staff are very knowledgeable and are patient when it comes to training. In the HRA role, you get to work alongside a very supportive manager who wants you to succeed. This position is rewarding, and you leave for the day knowing you made a difference. I cannot recommend this agency enough, and I am so thankful I've had the opportunity to work for CISS.

Part-time job, mostly based off the needs of families. There is always enough work but can be hard to be on the same schedule as other families. Great job to make connections, is super flexible and pays well.
