About Channel Islands Social Services

CISS is a family-operated organization, established in 2004, that provides in-home respite care and independent living services. The agency supports families caring for children or adult relatives who have developmental disabilities (authorized through the Regional Center system), and Resource (foster) & Kinship families living in Ventura County.
