Not enough. I fell on the job and was forced to take time off, a year later when I needed sick time, I did not have enough and I asked for my scheduled hours to be cut due to bronchitis, I did not have any sick time and was told they couldn't work with me, I was trying to avoid taking FMLA... but I decided for my own health and sanity to quit. No job is worth for-fitting my own health especially when we worked directly with families and clients dealing with life and death. Best decision I made was to walk away- Zero compassion for employees
