Executive Assistant (Former Employee) –  Campbell, CAJuly 30, 2018
Company has terrible management and it stems from the companies CEO. The CPO was insanely terrible. After pushing the best employees out of the company, the CPO resigns.

Great place to work however leadership and pay needs to be improved. Management is constantly changing as they don't hire seasoned people or people that fit in the culture.
Pros
free food, flexibility
Cons
no 401k matching, no privacy, pay not good, management always chaning

Misleading job requirements
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) –  Scottsdale, AZMarch 21, 2018
At first, this seems like an awesome place to work. They tell you that it is all about the customer experience, and they don't really care about call times as long as the customer is getting everything they need taken care of. There are busy times, but also lots of idle time.

Turns out, the call center manager is LYING about all of that. This is just another call center where they want you to shuffle the customer off the phone as quickly as possible by doing the absolute minimum possible to resolve the immediate issue without doing anything to actually help them long term, or to prevent future, frequent call backs about the same issue.
Pros
occasional free lunches, Pantry with free junk food snacks, only a few healthy options.
Cons
Management straight up LIES to you about the job requirements during both the interview, and the training.

NPI Purchasing Specialist - Expandable - Arena PDM (Former Employee) –  Campbell, CAJanuary 15, 2015
To expand my experience as a team member and improve the company business as a Purchasing Specialist or Purchasing Manager. Develop new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate. Analyze, plan and interpret ERP/MRP output into sound procurement decisions. Highly effective in a start-up environment, good team player and enhances new programs with a vision for cost reductions within any organization. Confident with the ability to identify and address inefficiencies in any business acumen

Winter Break Internship - Assembly Technician (Former Employee) –  Campbell, CAMay 18, 2014
ChargePoint is a really interesting startup that is really making a ton of headway in their market. They are young so they don't have a big culture, but everybody I met while there was really happy to have me there and I enjoyed the people that I worked with.
