Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) – Scottsdale, AZ – March 21, 2018
At first, this seems like an awesome place to work. They tell you that it is all about the customer experience, and they don't really care about call times as long as the customer is getting everything they need taken care of. There are busy times, but also lots of idle time.
Turns out, the call center manager is LYING about all of that. This is just another call center where they want you to shuffle the customer off the phone as quickly as possible by doing the absolute minimum possible to resolve the immediate issue without doing anything to actually help them long term, or to prevent future, frequent call backs about the same issue.
occasional free lunches, Pantry with free junk food snacks, only a few healthy options.
Management straight up LIES to you about the job requirements during both the interview, and the training.
Productive and fun place to work. Great people working as a team.

Winter Break Internship - Assembly Technician (Former Employee) – Campbell, CA – May 18, 2014
ChargePoint is a really interesting startup that is really making a ton of headway in their market. They are young so they don't have a big culture, but everybody I met while there was really happy to have me there and I enjoyed the people that I worked with.
