That they take the blinders off and see the true issues with the employees and stop paying all the higher up high salaries and expect for everyone else to have low salaries. They also need to make sure that we get our steps on time and get COLA's.

Realize that the teacher is not a disciplinarian, not a guidance counsellor- there is a limit to what the classroom teacher can handle, while instructing to the majority of students. We cannot provide excellent and engaging lesson plans to our class, if we are constantly deterred by unruliness. Do not penalize a teacher for desiring disruptive students be removed from class!
