A typical day is to meet with staff every morning, review the day before, assign work to all team members for the day, and do office work for about an hour. This work included e-mailing staff, contractors, vendors, assigning purchase orders and updating logs and files. Then proceed to go from building to building assisting and overseeing the maintenance technicians and building engineers with the work load and mechanical/electrical issues that occur on a daily basis.
