I was there for a year and they fired me and two others for something everyone did. They hired too much people and decided to fire people for no reason. Management is terrible. Don't work in LAM

Coworkers are wonderful, benefits are terrible. It seems every department is run by people who got into a leadership role for the sole purpose of not having to do anything with their day except sit at a desk. There are maybe two good supervisors in ACS and LAM. The rest do nothing unless corporate is there and then they're in the back helping. Management cares more about maintaining the status quo...
