Hiring for me took almost 6 months from when I applied online to when I got the job. I was an abnormal case it seems though. You apply online, take a questionnaire to filter out those that dont care, but just want a job. Then you proceed with two phone interviews, of which the interviewer will advise you before the call, what they will discuss with you, so prepare accordingly. If you pass both calls, you then go to an in person interview with 2-3 managers. After that if you are selected, you need to pass a drug test, background check, and credit check.
