Ethical company that cares about it's employees and clients. Slower paced, methodical in decision-making, extreme focus on client satisfaction. Employees are for the most part long term.

It's honestly devoid of culture from my brief time on site in Austin. Typical 9-5. Awkward "no eye contact" nonsense. This is the place for folks who can't cut it anywhere else.
