The fast food industry is challenging. You have to be a very positive and mature person in order to provide excellent customer service to many different types of people on a regular basis.

The pay never seems to be enough but the friendships you develp and the people you meet make it worthwhile. Some customers who were regulars really expressed appreciation - more ... for the service I provided. Some customers offered tips, even though we weren't allowed to accept them.

Knowing that others appreciated my efforts made the job easier and very rewarding. - less
