They need to completely change the culture there. Using the general guidelines teachers use when in the union would help an awful lot. They are pretty basic and standard for teachers everywhere I have been.

Exposure. Better screening needs to be done on school employees, both teachers and administration. The public needs to be aware of what really goes on inside the school. Employees could also be more open about their experiences within the Charter USA . At my location, most of the administration and staff had worked at many other locations. All of the locations were often times referred to as the Charter Schools USA family, but I never experienced healthy family situations within the school.
Total overhaul of leadership.

Better student lunches available to students and staff. A 45 lunch break would allow more time for teachers.
