Exposure. Better screening needs to be done on school employees, both teachers and administration. The public needs to be aware of what really goes on inside the school. Employees could also be more open about their experiences within the Charter USA . At my location, most of the administration and staff had worked at many other locations. All of the locations were often times referred to as the Charter Schools USA family, but I never experienced healthy family situations within the school.
