Melt mgmt is out of control. People are leaving because of them. You do not put union mgmt in control of a non union work place. Egos run wild and workers suffer because we have know one to back us. Its sad to see was has become of this company. Once the best place to work one family one team. Now union mgmt in a non union shop no family forced team.

Hire more employees and not expect current workers to carry double the work load. Fire lazy employees. Improve the terrible management, one family one team is the motto unless you make one mistake and they fire you on your day off.
