Answered March 3, 2018Receive PTO (paid time off) no time is specific. Vacation, sick, personal are all rolled into PTO. Years of service determines how much PTO you get. 10.77 hours every 2 weeks is the max which you get after 10 years of service. You can save up to 320 hours per year, but once at that amount you are capped and do not accumulate any further time. There is a minimum amount of PTO you must use per year, can't remember that amount.
