Every job has a purpose. Become educated to the purpose by understanding the Problems/Solutions to become with familiar the GOAL. Commit to teaching and enforcing work related policies and know when to reward those who apply. Keep a fair, cheerful and competitive environment which brings about Morale and Motivation. Competitive wages, people will work for good money especially during these dramatic economic hardships. Last but not least be devoted to your employees and your employer

Show my associates that I truly care about them

Fire the supervisors and leads and the ladies that gives the job out and get people who actually know about the company.

Spend time training my employees so they could effectively do their jobs.

The co is in the best track. They are an awesome co with some amazing people in charge in some regions. My and our experience i rated this is for my area and based on the unprofessional our Area VP and HR exposed us too.

More communication with employees

Yes , it's all about customer service and the people I hire will be good for that. I'd make chartwell such a better place with many new opportunities.
