A supervisor after got high kissed the sub instead to be fired got an opportunity to change into another department now is a manager leading supervisors in collection department. What a culture!

Horrible environment due to management and the way the company is ran. I always had great experiences with my fellow employees and a great repore with my customers. The company changed over the years that I had worked for them, not in a good direction. Employees should always stay at the center, at the heart of the company, not just a slogan. For Spanish Home Lending customer service, it was a long process. 2 video interviews english and spanish, one phone "informate" call and 1 in person interview which was in english and spanish.

New LTO set me up! I made a mistake don't deny it! She told me maybe just a warning! i was told not to worry, next thing i know, Global Security interviewed me and was honest and forthright, why i was over, i did not get any support from the manager, and LTO can't look at me in eye, they said "code of conduct" but another tellers where embezzlement money, and know how to manipulate the system, they get away with it, because they want Hispanic, managers and LTO hypocrite.
