Good company and great people to work for and with.

I was hired as a Production Supervisor in a union shop. Guys were great to work with. The position was pretty easy. The reason I left was, there wasn't enough work for me to do to keep myself busy. I was basically a 2nd shift babysitter.

Poor management worked there for many years the upper management is very fake and don’t let you know what’s going on half the time and get mad it isn’t done the right way and they have favorites if u read this comment the 15 to 16 they offering is not worth the stress I promise you

Sweat shop

They lie to you about what compensation they promise. no room for advancement. just an endless stream of come and go temporary workers.supervision feels the same about inept upper management as do anyone else in the plant. they throw money away on waste but have little or no regard for the plant staff when it comes to keeping them competitive with other companies.
