My typical day started at 8:30 a.m usually when I sat down the phones were already ringing. I enjoyed getting to know most of my patients that would call me back frequently.I didnt enjoy that I was the only PSR that made my work overwhelming sometimes but I handled it quite well. Management was helpful.
