Family orientated environment, with amazing supervisors and co-workers that are committed to enhancing child safety within our community. We are the voice of the child and so much more. The passion, dedication, perseverance, and leadership are just a few of the qualities that are displayed daily by the employees and supervisors. The support of program directors, the deputy director and CEO of the agency is beyond anything that I have ever experienced in the work force. I highly recommend becoming part of the Chaves County CASA Family to everyone interested in becoming part of the solution and serving those that are in need or at risk within our community :)

Strength through leadership, empowerment, training, education, servant leadership through example, family atmosphere, support and guidance, serving at risk families....
