Its a good beginner job to work at, functions much like a bank but they have more of your back on most things. The place itself is more relaxed, some store managers are good and the other half is not. I would say decent job but the pay is low. Good for College Students to get work-experience.

honestly love my job, the people I work with and my manager is awesome. you get incentives, lot of fun activities especially during the holidays, pay is good. the only downside is it’s hard to call in even if you’re sick cause there will only be two to four people working on a day. they will always need you to work. and it’ll take a few years for any growth in advancement.

This company works hard at providing their employees with a comfortable work environment, advancement opportunities and exceptional benefits. There is no peer or monetary pressure to meet quotas. I have worked at several locations and every one of them had the same feeling of inclusiveness and appreciation. At evaluations, my managers ask me "What can we do to help you succeed?" They work around my school and life schedule. This job is definitely a 'Keeper'.

It's a good company to work at, different from other collection agencies, pay was good and fun activities and parties with the team every year and good co workers

It an easy job to do. You are able to do homework when there’s no customers. The hours are very flexible. Everyone is nice. The only bad thing is that they barely ever give you a raise and if they do it’s just a couple of cents. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent job.
